Throughout Appalachia, there exist around 30,000 blooming plant species. Flowering plants usually produce pollen, and late springtime here can get kind of brutal for those who suffer from allergies. Borrowing from some of the knowledge of my Papaw, we created an herbal infusion that we use almost religiously during the late spring through autumn months. Delicious both iced and hot, but there's something about hot tea for helping to clear the head.
Contains: Nettle leaf, fennel seed, lemongrass, spearmint, local bee pollen, calendula flowers, peppermint, red clover blossom, lavender, blue vervain, stevia.
